My own children are called Elias and Élodie, though without the accent over Elodie. These have been my all-time favourite names since I have been interested in names, and honestly I am so happy someone else has chosen to use them.
I love Elodie Madeleine, the similar sounds within both names make it so gorgeous and interesting to say. Elias Matthieu is lovely as well, though my son is named Elias Matteo and I prefer that a lot more.
Good luck and congratulations on your beautifully named twins!

I personally find them a bit matchy for twins
Elodie isn’t my fave, I’d personally go with Eloise MAdeleine
Elias is ok, I really like Matthieu

I would go with Elodie and Theodore. (With accents, I just don’t know how to add them!)

I don’t really like Elias or Elodie, but Mathieu is cute (though I don’t like that spelling), and Madeleine is so pretty.

So Elodie Madeleine and Elias Matthieu. Elias is perfect. So is Matthew/Matthieu.
Elodie and Madeleine share a lot of the same sounds. The d and l for example. They don’t really flow well. So a French name, I assume you want? Okay... Elodie Lenore? Elodie Mara? Elodie Claire? Elodie Annette?
