Sister and vs. Brother for vs. Fabienne?

We have one daughter named Fabienne Sabine. We know her name is not very common and now we are expecting BG twins and have no idea what fits with Fabi’s name. We pronounce Fabienne (fah-bee-EHN) nn Fabi(fah-bee). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Fabienne sounds French to me, so perhaps try some French names.
