"Eda" could work but be prepared to once in a while get an "Ay-da"

I’m not quite sure, I’ve never heard of the name before, but Edith is pronounced with the EE at the beginning so perhaps people would do the same with Eda.
Ida will definitely get Eye-dah so I would scratch that one and Eeda just looks odd.

Eda would be my guess, but it might get said like Etta. I don’t like it.
