I like Jamie best, but I think it depends on how you feel about unisex names. I have known both boys and girls go by Jamie, though the boys I know use it as a nickname for something else.

Jonathan (a little more unusual- I think his middle name might be James)
Whereas the girls I knew were just named Jamie/Jaime/Jaimie.
