Edie is nms, but it’s a girl’s name IMO. Reid seems too boyish. I like Reid on a boy.

The sounds repeat too much, the "ee" and "d" sounds. How about Eden Juliet?

Surnames only sound OK on girls if they are family names. Is Reid a family name? I do like Edie, though.

OK to use Reid as a middle name, especially since it’s a family name. I personally dislike Edie though, and it doesn’t sound very good with Reid. So, if you are set on using Reid, I’d suggesting brainstorming some different first names. (And yes, Reid for a girl is better as a middle name than a first name.)

I don’t really like Edie, and I feel like people will say it like Eddie quite often. I think Reid can work for a girl, especially a girl’s middle name, but it doesn’t flow with Edie. The sounds are too similar.
