Nicknames For vs. Alice ?
Hello, we are expecting our second child in October, a little girl! We really like the name Alice, but hate the nicknames Allie and Lissy (however you want to spell it). Can you think of any fun and interesting nicknames for Alice? We like Ace, but we’re not convinced. Our other child is Eliza nn E (prn Ee). Thank you, Jane, Tom, E and Alice.

I personally love Ace! My suggestion was going to be A/Ay but that might be too much with an Eliza nicknamed E! Other than that, you could use her initials (AJ/AD etc.) or you can just let a name evolve naturally that has nothing to do with her actual name as pretty much anything can go here; I’ve been called Kate by close family members for years despite the fact that my name is actually Emily Victoria!

I don’t think you necessarily need a nickname for Alice. We have an Alice Ruth and sometimes call her Ruthie.
