I really like Joe/Joey, but I think Amish or Super Religious when I hear the name Josiah.

I like Josiah. But if he likes Joe/Joey as a nickname there isn’t a lot you can do to stop him from using it when he is older.

I’m okay if he ends up liking Joe or Joey as a nn. I would just rather keep others from calling him that while he is young. I don’t mind the religious connection, as we are a very spiritual family. I do appreciate that input, thank you!
