Twins vs. Owen vs. Boy/Girl name.

Having twins. Just found out Friday Baby A is a boy. Baby B was being stubborn. So I’m going back in 2weeks to try again for the gender. But we love the name Owen for Baby A. What is a matchy name (boy and girl) that goes well with Owen. Middle names are welcomed as well. Thank You in advanced.

Not only do Owen and Olivia both start with O, they both mean warrior.

IMHO, you might want to reconsider giving your twins matchy names (rhyming, starting with same letter, sounding similar, etc). It’ll be cute for the first few years, but it won’t be cute at all once they hit puberty and EVERYONE is comparing them. People tend to do that with twins, especially if they’re of the same gender. Who’s the nicer one, smarter one, more athletic one, more attractive one, taller one, thinner one, etc? It’ll drive them nuts, especially as they’re striving hard to be individuals. Giving them names that match will just be one more hurdle they’ll have to clear. I’m giving you my thoughts as someone who grew up with twin sisters. They tried so hard to be different from one another and it was so difficult. They were always arguing at home. Please reconsider matchy names.

My niece and nephew are Owen (I like Christopher as a middle here) and Elyse which I love together. Two boys could be Owen and Grant maybe.
