Your Two vs. Favorite Names vs. For Each Gender

Can you each give me your two favorite boy and two favorite girl names? There are a lot of people on this site with so many different styles and opinions so I’m curious to see how diverse their favorite names might be. If you can give me a reason why you like the names that would be fantastic! Thank you.

It’s hard to pick just two. I love so many names. I am just going to do my children’s names because I love their names so much.

Eloise- I loved Ella but it became very popular so I looked for similar names and fell in love with the cutness and charming look of Eloise.
Emilia- I love the way this name looks and sounds. The spelling Amelia just seems plain and boring but Emilia puts a little spunk to it.

Everett- I love how this name can fit a child up to an adult. It’s adorable and has a strong sound to it.
Lucien- I loved Luke but it was a little popular so I found a similar name and fell in love with Lucien.
Oliver- I love this name and the nickname Ollie. It is very masculine but has the cutness to it.

Well, my favorite girls name since I was 12 years old has been Ellery. It is the only name I can find that I really like, let alone love. So here’s hoping I only have one daughter! I don’t know what I’d name the other!:) I love the girly simplicity of it, and how it sounds like a common name but isn’t. I love the nicknames associated with it too, Ella, Elle, Ree. I just am in love with it.

I do love a lot more boys names. My top 5:
Declan
Nash
Corbin (Cory)
Ronan
Everett

I love names that are not unheard of, but are rarer, and easy to pronounce, easy to spell. Real simple. Definitely not trendy. I hope this helped, and good luck!

Wow, I went to sleep and came back today to see what everyone said and I got a lot of responses. There are a lot of cool and interesting names! Sometimes I go on the polls and see someone say," That’s terrible; that’s too trendy; that’s not my style; etc.", so I wondered what everyone’s idea of a great name was. Thank you all!
