Should I name vs. daughter Sofia vs. WDYT ????????

Hi everyone out there I really really love the gorgeous Colombian actress Sofia Vergara.Btw I’m Colombian and my last name is also Vergara but there’s a small problem I really don’t like the name Sofia for some reason I feel like it’s too common.So please tell me what you think about this and please comment and vote.Hopefully I’ll get to you sooner rather than later.Thank you so much guys for the incredible support!!!:)Keep it up!!!

If you don’t like it, why would you use it? It is also way too popular and people will make comments in connection to the actress her whole life. It could get rather annoying. This poll doesn’t really make any sense.

I really like it but maybe you need something a bit different and not adding another Sofia Vergara to the world. What about:

If you don’t love the name then don’t use it. I find its not wise to name kids after celebrities just because you like the celebrity, not the name. People tend to fall in and out of love with celebrities and wonder if a few years from now you really weren’t that interested in her, or she did or said something you didn’t like and you began to hate her? Then you’d have a child with a name you don’t even like named for a person you don’t really like anymore or even know personally, just because you happened to love her at that time.

if you don’t like the name then don’t use it. IF you want a name inspired by the actress what about:
Margarita (her middle name) nn Maggie or Rita
Sandra (her sister)
Gloria (character in Modern Family)

Why would you name your daughter Sofia just so she could have the exact same name as a celebrity when it’s a name you don’t even like?
