Ashton in my opinion is being overused and sadly on girls.
I love the name Tristan! and have since I heard/saw the movie Tristan and Isolde.

I prefer Ashton..I like it better for boys. To me it sounds more masculine than Tristan. I think Tristan is used for girls as well.

I also like Asher for a boy instead of Ashton

i love the name Ashton and i don’t think it’s overused at all,i love it for both boys and girls, i hate the name Tristan, and i like Asher too but prefer Ashton
