Avery is not only for boys, it’s unisex and so is Aubrey.

Avery is UNISEX and it’s one of my favorite names for a GIRL.

Well you can only say that you like it better on boys, because it’s clearly not factual that it ’’is’’ better on boys, especially since both Avery and Aubrey are much more popular on girls.

Avery is historically and etymologically a male name. Just because a trend is causing it to be used on females in the last few decades doesn’t change the basic facts.

People name their daughters Lucas and Caleb, too. They’re still boy names and will continue to be even if they become more popular on girls.

Excuse me, Avery is unisex because it’s used for both genders, weather you like it or not, weather it’s originally masculine or not. I personally like it better on boys but it IS unisex and can be used on girls. In which gender it fits best is only a matter of opinion.

I definitely love Avery and Aubrey as a girls name! I would NEVER name my son one of those two names.. Doesn’t matter if they started out as boy names. So did Ashley and Lindsay, how many guys do you know with those names nowadays? Anyways I love Aubrey that’s my favorite of the three good luck :)
