No, not common! Cariana looks made-up to me and I’m not sure how exactly to pronounce it. Emme is gorgeous! Esme Caroline would also be pretty.
I like Cariana its very beautiful and not common which is not a bad thing at all

I thought it was pronounced Care-E-awn-uh or Care-E-ann-uh. I like the name Cariana Elisabeth, pretty and unique.

It’s sweet pronounced Carry Anna and I have never heard of it so I doubt it’s super popular.

I can’t tell you how common these names are, but you could always check SSA’s top baby names by year online. They top 1,000 are ranked each year. The thing about some names is you’ll have to check numerous spellings (Cariana, Carianna, Kariana, Karianna, Caryanna, Caryana, Karyana, Karyanna, etc).
