Fatima sounds exotic, and Sarai is strange. I’d go with Tabitha. Nicknames Tobie, Tabby, or Abby.

Fatima would have a really hard if she was the least bit overweight...it would age ok. It reminds me of Jemima, which I really like and think would age pretty well.
Don’t care for Tabitha but it would age ok.
Isn’t Sarai pronounced Sarah? It is ok, kind of plain. GL!

Fatima just makes me think FAT
i like Tabitha but i don’t know about it aging well really even though that’s the one i voted for and is Sarai pronounced Sarah or like sari?
