Eden vs. Too vs. Feminine?

Could Eden be used as a boy name or is it just too feminine? I really like it, but I’m afraid that my son would be confused as a girl if someone just saw his first name. Honest opinions please!

Hey, don’t be sorry! I just wanted to know. It’s one of the many names of my list, and I’m just trying to narrow it down. I just wanted to make sure that it couldn’t be used as a unisex name.

I have heard it used as a boys name before, but I think in general people will think it’s a girls name. That said, plenty of guys have names that are unisex. I’ve known guys named Jan, Jen, Kim, Laurie, Leslie, Stacy and Ashley... so it’s no big deal.

I would think it was girl if I just saw it. You could pair it with a J middle name and call him EJ.

Elan sounds like a different name. I actually like it. I’d have to run it by my husband! Lol. I’ve also been thinking about the name Aiden, but that seems really common at the moment.

I would’ve definitely assumed Eden was a girl name, and been quite shocked if I found out Eden was actually a boy.

There is no part of Eden that is boy. It is a girls name only. Not sure why anyone would think otherwise.
