With the pronunciation you are wanting I might spell it Lyla. I was thinking Lil-A

Lila is very pretty,
I think Thea is a bit oldfashioned, because my grandmother’s name was Thea.

i voted for Lila, but i pronounce it lee-la, so in that case i prefer Thea, but they’re both beautiful names. how about
