Which ones for my twin daughters? They are joining my daughter, Finley Anne (6), from a previous marriage and my husbands son Briar Xavier (7). We would like them to have similar names and some of them have sentimental value. Thank you. -Jillian and Xavier.

I think Laine Penelope and Chase Eloisa are beautiful. Spunky first names and beautiful middle names. That is a wonderful balance and goes well with Finley and Briar. GL. I hope you have a beautiful blended family.

I also really like Darian and Dylan, they are lovely as well.

They are all boys. Imo names are way too masculine, sorry! There are many beautiful girl names. Maybe the boy names as middle names. I do however love Dylan as both boy and girl name.

Laine Penelope and Jayden Elizabeth. I don’t like James for a girl at all. I like Dylan for a girl but I don’t think it works with your other children’s names.

I think James is very cute for a girl, my little cousin is named that. Sometimes she goes by Jamie, but I prefer James. Definitely James and Chase. Beautiful.

Thank you for commenting and sharing your opinions. None of the names would have nicknames except for possibly James and Jayden, if we choose to go with those. Jamie and Jade.

Those are all boy’s names, no matter how you spell them. Please don’t do this to your daughters. It makes it look like you really wanted sons and that you’re compensating. If you’re really adamant about giving them boy names, save them for the middle names and give them feminine first names.

Instead of Chase, use Chana; instead of James, use Jamie; instead of Jayden, use Jade/Jada; instead of Darian, use Dara; instead of Dylan, use Donna. Time for you to accept the fact that you’re having daughters.

We are not trying to label our daughters as sons, we love the idea of Finley have sisters. We just find these names more attractive and flattering for girls than boys. Some like James and Jayden are nice for both but we prefer the others simply for girls. That doesn’t mean we despise boys with those names, it is a personal opinion.

Thank you for the suggestions we actually like a lot of those names. Quincy sounds very sophisticated and is great with Chase, Logan is okay becoming very popular for both sexes though. Tyler and Tristen are both lovely and Hunter is nice as well. Thank you. We may make another poll but for now we would like to continue hearing your thoughts and feelings about which names are best fro our daughters with their siblings.

**We know they aren’t everyone’s cup of tea.

I LOVE Laine and Chase! Although, I like think Laine Elizabeth and Chase Penelope would be better. I don’t like Penelope with Laine or Eloise with Chase. Good luck! :)
