Which way? vs. Maia vs. Maya
We decided on Maya/Maia for our daughter and middle name will be a family name. We just need to figure out a spelling. We like the look of both, but I like Maia a little more. However, Maya is the most assumed spelling, so it probably won’t be misspelled as much in school. Which one would you choose? Comments are really helpful and are appreciated when making our decision. I don’t think it matters which spelling is more common, pick the one you like, and just make sure YOU spell it right.
(My mom thought Michael was spelled Micheal, and almost put it on his birth certificate)
