How would you spell Sigh-Anna vs. Syanna vs. Sianna ?

Go with Syanna. Sianna would be mispronounced as see-ann-nuh.

I think I’d probably spell it like the color cyan--- so Cyana or Cyanna. People are fairly familiar with this color name now because it’s one of the ink colors on home printers. :)
