Rowen Alexander gmv, but only if you spell it Rowan. It’s the traditional male spelling, plus there’s the rowan tree you could plant in his honor. All of the choices are terrific. You can’t go wrong. Good luck! :0)

I voted for Alexander James but I too would have voted for Rowan if it had been an option with this spelling.

They’re all nice, but my favorite is Rowen Alexander. I also prefer the spelling Rowan. It’s one of my favorite boys’ names. The combination is classy and handsome.
