Also, I don’t know what pp meant about this spelling not being "original". There’s a long, long history of Katherines as well as Catherines.

Katherine, like my MIL and daughter’s name, or Catherine, like a friend of mine, are my favortite spellings.

My name is Kathryn so i’ll have to go with...Catherine! jk I like all the different spellings but Kathryn is unique but still very pretty like Katherine :)
