Baby girl vs. Maximilliana

My husband and I absolutely love the name Maximilliana (max-i-mill-lee-on-a) for our daughter, who is due to arrive late January. We plan on calling her Maxie or Ana. Please give your honest opinion, and if you don’t like it please list any suggestions. Thanks~Kristen & Tyler

I love the name Maximilian, but am not keen on Maximilliana at all. I love the nn Maxie though. What about Maxine or Maxime with nn Maxie? Or Maxanna nn Maxie or Anna? Best of luck.

That is the longest name I’ve ever heard. Maxiana makes far more sense imo.

Not a fan, sorry. Like poster number 1, I like Maximillian but not a fan of Maximilliana... It’s a mouthful and a name I doubt anyone is going to call her that unless she’s tellig people what her real name is. I think Ana is beautiful and an amazing name... Consider it... Or maybe consider a variation close to Maximilliana that isn’t so long or 6 syllables. Good luck!

i love it. My son name is Maximino and he never really goes by his first name usually just Max unless he is at school or has to use his first name.Just pick the name you love she honestly will most likely be called by her nickname if you have no problem go ahead and name her Maximillian

*Maximilliana sorry

It looks too long and rather a mouthful. The little girl will spend much of her life spelling it out to others too. Maximillian works well for a boy but, sorry I don’t think this works very well.

Not keen. Milliana would be prettier.

Not a fan of it. Way too many syllables. I’d go with Maxine.

I prefer the French Maximilienne (mak-see-meel-YEN), but I sort of like that too.
