I love the name Nicole! I’ve always wanted to use it but I’ve ended up having four boys in a row. I don’t think it’s out-dated at all.

It is a nice name. How about Nicolette? But if you like it then you should use it. Most Nicoles I know, well, all of the Nicoles I know are in their twenties or thirties.

On one hand, its a classic French name, but on the other, its very dated to me being that it was SO popular in the 80’s and 90’s and I know so many Nicoles. Personally I never cared for the name, I only like it with its distinct French pronunciation but it would be weird to mimic a French accent which is the only way to get that sound I’m talking about. Kinda wish people would do that though....
Anyways, I find it very dated and too common for me, I like more unique names; nothing overused.
I do however like Nicola and Nicolette.
