Since Devin is the dad I think it’s fine. If Devin was a sibling I would say it’s too close. If you like Evan use it. It’s a nice name good luck 😊

It’s fine. My name rhymes with my mother’s like this. Basically just the first letter sounds different. It’s never been a problem, whatsoever.
