hi all second poll! we have two kiddos with number three on the way the only problems were having our kids names have an X in them & we can’t come up with another good option ! these were some ideas given to us any you like/dislike ? below are our ideas

Jaxlyn is the only one I like. Other ones sound made-up, some I don’t like or they’re boys names. Another one is Alexandra.

What is Lexie short for? Or is her name Lexie?

Another option could be Alixana, nn Alix.

Lexie is short for Alexa.. are these X names cute ? or should we just give up and find a unique name ?

Using the X theme is cute, but it gets a little crazy. Finding names with X’s in them can be difficult - especially ones you like. I would stick with basic, simple names such as Maxine or Alexandra. They are simple & easy. However, since your daughters name is Alexa, I would chose Maxine as your daughters name. It’s cute & simple.

What about naming her something like Lauren and calling her Lux?
I’d say name her Maxine or Lux (I like this as a nickname best though)

I think most of your choices are...not cute. It just seems that you tried too hard to fit a theme.

As for Maxine, I would choose that, but I knew a girl who was named Maxine after her grandmother and some mean kids just called her "Maxi Pad". After that, she begged her parents to let her change her name. She kept Maxine as a mn, though.

My daughter has a friend named Xan (zan), short for Xandra. Otherwise, Maxine or Lux.
