Juliana Kate vs. Julianna Kate

My husband and I have decided on this name for our first child. We would pronounce it Julie-ann-uh. I like it spelled with only one n but worry people would pronounce it Julie-on-uh. What do you think? Can Julie-ann-uh be spelled Juliana or should we go with the extra n in Julianna? Thanks for your help!

You worried right, I would pronounce Juliana "julie-on-uh" and Julianna "julie-ann-uh".

As a mother of a Julianna, I LOVE the name but feel a need to warn you, people will mispronounce it no matter how it’s spelled. We have to correct people all the time and then they’ll still do it. LOL
