Vivian with an A is the masculine form and Vivien with an E is feminine. My grandmother is from England and her name is Vivien.

Vivienne = viv-ee-EN or viv-YEN
Assuming you’re American, Canadian, English, or from some other English-speaking country, you should just use Vivian. Vivienne is a different form of the name, and if you were to use the Correct French pronunciation then that would make sense, but it seems like a lot or parents these days are using the spelling Vivienne just to make the name look more "unique" even though they use the English pronunciation. Vivian might not look as beautiful on paper, but it’s a beautiful name.
