If it’s Kee-ah, then yes it is the same name as the car. I don’t think it’s that big of deal if it’s the same name. If it’s Ky-ah, then maybe spell it Kaia.

It’s kee-ah ... it’s the same as the car, but I guess the big question is whether or not most would think of the car right away?

They will think of the car. It’s a popular brand and I doubt most people know a person named Kia as it’s not very common.
