Daniela Grace vs. Selah Arielle

It is our first baby together. His name is Daniel and well this baby is God’s grace. However he has an older daughter named Angie that apparently was nicknamed Daniella when she was younger since she was the only girl to look like him. Thus came the second choice after my grandmother who is named Petra. Yes it sounds weird, but in the Bible Petra is referred to as Sela. Sooo Selah it is. :) Ariel like the little mermaid but pronounced Arielle has a great meaning: lion of God which is similar to Daniel and the Lions den with the whole "God is my judge" meaning.

Is Daniella ok with the new baby getting her old nickname? I think you may want to ask if you haven’t already. It could be really awkward if not. I really like the name Selah, but I don’t think Arielle flows that well with it. GL!
