Caroline vs. or vs. Julia

We have only two names remaining! Both are classic girl names with similar popularity (Caroline #63 and Julia #75) in the US. Any ideas on how to chose between them? Middle names will be family names, but we won’t use them often and don’t want your vote to be influenced by them. I know some people suggest choosing name once baby is born, but I really want to decide early. I am a planner and it will lesson my stress once I have made a decision. Thank you!

I think Caroline is much prettier. It reminds me of the old song, Sweet Caroline. And even though Caroline is higher in popularity, I know many Julia’s and no Caroline. Plus, Caroline has more nn possibilities (Carrie, Cara, Lina).
