Baby #3 Due: vs. January 23, 2015
Hi all! Shayla Hunter here again. #3 is due in just over a week, but I really don’t think I’m going to last that long (I’m huge!). We were able to eliminate a ton of names the last time we polled, and we’re now down to 4 names for each gender. I will place the lists in the comment section. Please remember that just because you don’t like something isn’t a good enough reason for us. We’re looking for issues with flow, sound, possible teasing, connotations, (popularity doesn’t matter to us), etc. Thanks a bunch! For a boy, Wesley Colton Hunter sounds perfect! It flows really nicely and will age well. For a girl, my favorite is Aubrey Joelle! Aubrey is one of my favorites and it flows really really nicely with the rest of her name. Good luck!!

I’ve never really liked the name Wesley, it seems nerdy to me and rhymes with the girl’s name Leslie.

I think "Colton Wesley Hunter" flows even better! But I understand if you want his first name to be Wesley. For the girls, I agree that Aubrey Joelle is perfect.

We did have Colton on our list as a first-name contender for a long time, but we eventually decided that we liked it better in the middle name slot.

For the boys I think Jared Hunter sounds better than Wesley Hunter, I don’t know what it is about it but saying it out loud something about Wesley Hunter doesn’t sound right. So I think for a boy you should go with Jared Wesley Hunter if Wesley is a name you really like. For girls I think Katherine Emily Hunter is very pretty.

Ian, Zachary and Jared Michael or Katherine Emily is perfect. Aubrey is very trendy these days and she’ll most likely be one of 3 or 4. Katherine is timeless and classy and will never grow old.
