All 3 first names are some of my favorites. I don’t care for Olivia Joy, and it was tough to choose between Evelyn and Louisa, but I vote Evelyn Grace. A beautiful, classy name that will grow with her, but it’s still a normal-sounding name yfor a young girl.
Louisa may be too "old-fashioned" for the kids nowadays.

This was tough...I love Olivia Joy, but I voted for Louisa Ann. My grandmother’s name is Joy Louise, and my neice’s name is Anna Louise, so this was really tough. In the end, I voted for Louisa Ann, because it isn’t used quite as often as Olivia Joy, which I love as well. Good luck!
