Yes, though I prefer the spelling Carly (along with poster #1).
But cute little girls grow up. They need adult names like Caroline or Charlotte. Keep Carlee (Carly?) as a nickname.

It’s really cute! I like the spelling Carlie.. And it’s a name for a grown woman too, you don’t need to leave it for a nickname as others have said. I know a couple grown up Carlie’s and it still fits them very well. It’s a fun name!
