I think the painter is ubiquitous enough that people will have no trouble spelling Monet!

I personally like the spelling Monet the best, however Monea looks vary pretty and could work, and may be easier for some of the less artsy people to pronounce. You could also spell it Moeney, Moenay, or even Mo’nay. but I honestly don’t think those work as well, they look to much like the word "money" The name it self sounds vary pretty though. =]
