I think Conley would be cute. This spelling makes it seem like it’s pronounced Con-Lay and would probably be an unnecessary annoyance for both you and her spelling wise.

I know someone named Conway and another named Conall, both after maiden names, so I guess I don’t really see it as much of a stretch.

Another option is Connelly. It adds another syllable in there (Con-neh-lee) and I think I prefer it to Conley.

I like Connelly more than Conlei/Conley for a girl. She could possibly go by Connie when she gets into school if she wanted to.
