my mother is from ireland and so its the old celtic spelling

Oh my apologies! I have never seen that spelling before, and with all the creative spellings now it can be hard to tell whether a spelling is original or altered. I quite like it, although I do think it will always be spelled wrong (probably not an issue if she goes by Abi instead).
My fav. is Annaliese though. Obvious Annaliese Louise is a little too rhyming. Annaliese Alexandra is a bit of a mouthful. Annaliese Erika wins by default, although I think there are many another middle names that flow better, if you aren’t restricted to those middle names.

Annaliese is gorgeous although I prefer the spelling Anneliese.
