I would pronounce Navie "Nah-vee". If you want it pronounced a la Navy Seal why don’t you just spell it that way?

I agree with the second comment. Navie would be constantly pronounced as nah-vee. Navy is adorable for a little girl, I think you should stick with the original spelling. I also am not a fan of either Noelle or Marie with Navy, too much of the same sounds in both combinations.

The original spelling Navy is adorable enough for a little girl. Navie is cute but has a very trendy look to it which in some cases isn’t always a good thing. Navy Noelle gets my vote!
