Maverick Joshua vs. and vs. Evangeline Rose

What do you think of the names Maverick Joshua and Evangeline Rose for our BG twins? We like more uncommon first names with more traditional middles. I think it’s fine! Although Maverick is a little too modern compared to Evangeline in my opinion. Maverick Joshua has an odd flow to it that I’m not a fan of. I think Rose is a little too short to be paired with Evangeline. I would find a longer middle name with maybe two syllables for Evangeline.

Maverick is a ridiculous name in my opinion. I just can’t stand Evangeline but I don’t think it’s funny or tacky or anything I just dislike it. Joshua is okay and I love Rose.

Evangeline is ok. Please look up the word "maverick" in the dictionary and read the definitions in their entirety. Maverick is not a good name for a human being. If you really like the name, give it to your next cat or dog.

Maverick and Evangeline clash. Why are people naming their kids "maverick" anyway, it’s not unique at all. Quite tacky to be honest.

Maverick means "non conformist", Evangeline means "bringer of good news". Neither meaning is bad.
