How about Macy or Marley instead of Mason? These names posted are not unisex names, they are boys names. You can’t get more masculine.

I have a girl cousin named Macyn, but I really don’t see Kyle and Ethan as unisex at all. They sound totally boyish. Athena or Kylie are feminine, although I don’t care for them either. Masyn Rae is cute, or Macey Renee.

I LOVE all of these for girls! I think it’s the cutest thing when girls have boy names. All mine will. Mason, Kyle, and Ethan are too cute! :) You can’t go wrong with any of these. Good luck!

I think Mason is adorable for a girl! I would spell it Macyn.
Rae is my sister’s middle name. Her first name is Tobi!
Not to keen on Ethan.
