Love Florence, Beatrix, and Persephone! Florence and Beatrix have the same spunky, vintage vibe and I love the nn Wren for Florence. Persephone is great because of how soft/whispery it is and how many nicknames: Percy, Perry, Effie, Penny, Annie. Good luck!!

All of your choices are lovely, although I much prefer Hattie as a nickname for Harriet. My favourite is Beatrix, followed by Florence, Ophelia and Persephone.
