I like Adrienne--it’s easier to say. If you plan the end of Adrianna to sound like Anna, that is pretty. But if you want it to sound like On-a, only spell it with one n so you don’t confuse people. They will never know how to pronounce it--just like I don’t know right now how you plan to say it!
