Jemima vs. middle names vs. suggestions

I know there’s a stereotype to this name in America (that I’m willing to look past, we got over Jude didn’t we?). But through perusing the Telegraph Birth Announcements I’ve seen over 300 people with a daughter named Jemima. Not so audacious after all! It’s a jaunty beautiful Biblical name that I would love to use. For middle names I’d be open to just about anything besides Rose, Grace, you know. I like striking exotic sounding names from all over the world. Thanks for your help!

A nice two-syllable middle name, that doesn’t start with a "J" or "A" and doesn’t end in an "a" either, e.g.,

Belen
Claudette
Corinne
Deirdre

As a Canadian I admit I have no idea what the stigma behind Jemima or Jude is. Could someone please explain?

Jemima makes me think of Jemima Puddleduck by Beatrix Potter (and it’s sweet and adorable!)

Jude makes me think of the actor Jude Law (also adorable!)

To the Canadian poster. Aunt Jemima is a name of a pancake syrup and she is of African American descent. The only reason I can think Jude may have been an issue is the song "Hey Jude" by the Beatles. To the original poster, I think Jemima is a cute name.

I’m an American and I don’t think it’s a bad name to use at all. I agree with you, it does sound "jaunty." I think it’s spunky and energetic, while also sounding very sophisticated. Maybe:
