Now about names...Alistair goes with Cecile & Meredith but Aliana doesn’t. Alianna is trendy and made up whereas the other 3 are more classic names.

Alistair Kai is a very handsome name for a little boy! Aliannah is trendy and doesn’t fit with Cecile, Meredith and Alistair. As for the middle names they all look made up, sorry. But based off of them I would suggest Rowen/Rowena, Melody, Marlow and Naomi.
