Mae and Steigh rhyme. So I would either make it Grace Lynn Thatcher-Steigh or only give her your husbands last name which is the right thing to do...

Be aware that adding "lynn" to the end of a name is a "teen mom" fad. Consider using names that already end in "lynn" without it just being tacked on to the end of another name, or just go with Grace or Stacy because the fad is going to badly date those other names while Grace and Stacy remain classy
