thoughts on vs. killian
What do you guys think of the name Killian? My husband demands Irish and historical which this fits. It also has the double letter in the same place as my husband and two other sons. It is a combination of my name and my husband’s and the feast day of St Killian is on our younger sons birthday! We love it but does it sound to feminine what can we shorten it to other then Ian. Hubby wants to nn him Achilles lol. Middle name has to end in r! Any thoughts?

I prefer the Irish spelling Cillian and it’s a great name.

I love the name Killian! So handsome! If the "kill" part bothers you then what about spelling it Cillian? Other ideas: Kian, Keelan, Keegan, Kieran, Ronan, Kaden, Kellan

Being a huge Once Upon a Time fan I absolutely adore Killian!!!! Could also use the nn Lee? Or even KJ if you make the name something like Killian Tanner?

And as I posted the above comment I realize I made a mistake....I was listening to something else and accidentally typed what I was hearing instead of what I meant which was KJ short for Killian Jasper
