The Susanna spelling is biblical if that interests you.

Our daughter is Susanna. I didn’t care about the spelling and my husband chose this one, since we knew a Susannah who pronounced her name Suz-AH-na. We have sometimes had people incorrectly add an h to the end of her name, but we’ve also gotten other weird misspellings like Suzzannah, etc. I think the -h version is slightly more common, though I do know another Susanna.
