Elijah Grey vs. Isaiah Grey

We really like the name Elijah, but we are thinking many will call him Eli. We already have a Levi, so we are thinking this may be too similar sounding and be confusing. Thoughts?

I like Elijah but Eli is to close to Levi but I don’t like Isaiah. How about Isaac Grey?

Just stick with Elijah and correct people who call him Eli. Or give him another nickname: Lijah (my favorite), E, or his initials.
