I like Katherine the best. The multiple y s make it look weird imo. But I personally alone like the y spellings better lol. I don’t like the last one. It just looks wrong.

I love the name Lydia! I think Katherine is the best option here, if only because there is already a ’y’ in Lydia. However, my favorite spelling of Katherine will always be Catherine with a C.
