I wouldn’t use Alli, at least not with this spelling. Alli is the name of the weight loss drug that causes "anal leakage." If the drug is still around when she’s older, that could result in a lot of teasing. Alli also seems quite cutesy and juvenile on an adult, so I’d use it as a nickname only.

I agree that Alli Lynn runs together. Alli Claire sounds better, though Allison Claire or Alyssa Claire would be even better.
