Clara, HANDS DOWN!!!!!!
Clara is gorgeous and flowing, Claire has always sounded harsh to me. Clara is less common, Claire is one of the most popular names I can think of.

Definitely Clara Hope. You need a first name with more than one syllable with Hope or it sounds abrupt.
